Product or service reviewed: Emergency Heat pump replacement

I had one of their Tech's come out on a service call only to be told that my unit was totaled, this was Friday. When i called Monday to see about getting a replacement I spoke to Ryan. He was knowledgable and courteous. It's their peak time of year and here we are two days later and I've got a brand new heat pump and a nice cool house. The service tech were great and very polite. My wife is disabled and they were gracious enough to be willing to work around us. It was a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend them.

Product or service reviewed: Air conditioning service

I am fortunate to have found this company on the web. I explained that our unit hadn't been working properly for days and that my husband's COPD was being adversely affected by the high humidity. I was shocked and impressed when the serviceman came within 10 minutes of our call. I was hugely impressed by the speed and efficiency that he resolved the problem.
